We offer a curated selection of 3D printers, filaments, and accessories. Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes and may vary slightly from the actual product.

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include applicable VAT. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time without notice.

While we strive for accuracy, product availability, pricing, and descriptions are subject to change. In the event of an error, we will contact you to resolve the issue.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that all information provided is accurate and complete.

We accept payment via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). We do not accept PayPal, bank transfers, or Cash on Delivery.

All payments are processed securely through trusted payment gateways. We do not store your card details on our servers.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund to your credit card.

We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international delivery.

We use Evri, Royal Mail, and Yodel as our courier partners. The courier assigned to your order depends on the size, weight, and delivery option selected at checkout.

Free standard delivery is offered on all orders over £100. For orders below this amount, delivery charges are calculated at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can track your parcel directly on the courier's website.

We accept returns only for items that are damaged or defective upon arrival. Returns must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size, or any other non‑faulty reason. We also do not offer exchanges.

If you receive a faulty item, please contact us at zubairgul015@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damage.

If approved, we will arrange a return and issue a refund to the credit card used for the original purchase. Original shipping costs are not refundable. Refund processing typically takes 3–5 working days after we receive the returned item.

You may create an account to access order history, save addresses, and manage preferences. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account.
